Team Manager
Stefan is located in our office in Seattle. The focus of his consulting work lies on strategy and organization design, on R&D efficiency management and on optimization of after sales processes in the automotive industry. Stefan has twenty five years years consulting experience. He holds a Master in industrial engineering and management and received a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern
Elisabeth Hope
Business Analyst
Elisabeth is a Business Analyst in Sunvalley International Trading. She joined the firm in October 2010 directly from university, having completed a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
Whilst at university, Elisabeth gained business knowledge through entrepreneurship courses. She also had experience of the bio-medical materials industry from an internship research project with a Cambridge company developing collagen fibres.
Jason Young
Process Consultant
Jason is located in our office in Seoul. His consulting focus is on strategy development, technology and innovation management, and financial and operational efficiency improvement. Jason has significant expertise in the manufacturing, electronics and construction industry. He received a Bachelor of Art in Applied Statistics and a Master of Art in Economics with focus in Industrial Organization from Yonsei University
Paul Maitland
Associate Unit Director
Paul extensive business consulting experience includes strategy and organization, performance improvement, post-merger integration, change management & project management. Before joining Sunvalley International Trading, Paul studied political sciences with a focus on international economics and quantitative empirical research. He also worked for a number of years at the United Nations Center for Science and Technology for Development. His recent consulting experience includes: Strategy development for an economic promotion agency; Change management for a European Ministry of Finance; New public management consulting for a national Ministry of Transportation; Reorganization and cost reduction in a Prime Minister’s agency of a German Federal State; Information management and organizational assistance at UN HQ .
